By subscribing to our broadband or digital TV services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Activation
Service activation depends on technical feasibility at your location.
If installation is not possible, any advance payment will be refunded.
2. Service Plans
Broadband and Digital TV plans may be updated or changed without prior notice.
Customers can upgrade or modify plans as per availability and company rules.
3. Equipment
Devices provided by us (router, set-top box, cables, etc.) remain company property unless purchased.
Customers must return company equipment when stopping the service.
Damage or loss will be chargeable as per company policy.
4. Payments
Payments must be made on time to avoid service interruption.
Late payments may attract penalties as per company policy.
Service may be temporarily suspended for non-payment.
5. Fair Usage
Services are for personal household use only.
Reselling or sharing the connection outside your premises is strictly prohibited.
Excessive or unauthorized usage may lead to restriction or suspension.
6. Service Quality
Internet speed and digital TV quality depend on multiple external factors.
The company does not guarantee 100% uptime but ensures best-effort service.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers must use valid and lawful equipment.
Any misuse, illegal activity, or tampering with the network may lead to disconnection.
8. Termination
Service may be terminated for:
Non-payment
Fraud or misuse
Violation of policies
Regulatory or legal orders
9. Refund & Deposit
Installation and subscription fees are non-refundable.
Refundable deposits (if any) will be returned after adjusting dues and after equipment is returned.
10. Privacy & Security
Customers must keep their login details secure.
Use of VPN or encryption tools must follow DoT (India) guidelines.
11. Policy Changes
Terms may change anytime and will be updated on our website.
Continued use of services means you accept updated terms.
