Cancellation & Refund Policy

All recharge transactions made through our platform are final and non-refundable.
Once a payment is processed, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be allowed under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information entered — such as account number, username, mobile number, or order number — is accurate before confirming the recharge.

Red Rose Cable Internet will not be liable for failed or incorrect recharges caused by incorrect details entered by the user.


2. Failed Recharge Scenario

A refund may be provided ONLY if:

  • The transaction is successfully completed,

  • Your bank account or card is charged, but

  • The recharge is not delivered within 24 hours

In this case, you may be eligible for a full refund.


3. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following details in your request:

  • Order number

  • Mobile number or user account number

  • Username

  • Recharge amount

  • Transaction date

Incomplete details may delay the verification process.


4. Refund Process

After receiving your refund request:

  1. We will verify the transaction and check the recharge status.

  2. If it is confirmed that the amount was charged but the recharge was not delivered, we will issue a full refund.

  3. The refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date your request is approved.
